Refund and Returns Policy
Thanks for buying from us! We hope you love what you got. But if you’re not totally happy with it for any reason, you can send it back to us, and we’ll give you a full refund. Check out our return policy below for all the details.
RETURNS
To return something, you need to mail it back to us within seven working days from the day you bought it. When you send it back, it needs to be brand new, unused, and have all the original tags and labels still attached.
RETURN PROCESS
If you want to return something, first send an email to our customer service at return@agrizen.global, please put the item safely back in its original packaging, include your receipt or proof of purchase, and then mail it to this address:
REFUNDS
Once we get your returned item and check that it’s in good condition, we’ll start processing your return. Please give us at least ten days from when we receive it to finish the process. It might take another one to two billing cycles for the refund to show up on your credit card statement, depending on how your credit card company works.
